PlanEasyNow consists of two modules - a manager and a client module. In the client module the client is given access to what is possible for him and he can make an immediate reservation or cancellation. 

The PlanEasyNow manager module provides you with all that is required to manage your reservations system well. You always have access to an up to date overview of the times that have been planned and you can choose to view these per day, week or month.  

The range of filters that can be applied and that are of course saved by the system allow you, for example, also to select an overview of the reservations made per client, or to choose for a report of the most popular times or services, or the most active clients. In this module printouts can be made as PDF, EXCEL, RTF and CSV files.

Naturally, you can adapt the module fully to suit your company. For example, you can enter your maximum number of reservations per time slot and if required also include a waiting list. In this way you have ready access to the waiting list for each time slot. You can also create services yourself within a time frame fixed by you and if required include a repeat option for services that are always at fixed times and days. Naturally, the manager module also gives you access to the reservation system. 

PlanEasyNow also has a built-in newsletter module with full layout that allows you to create a newsletter easily and send this to registered participants. Naturally, the design and layout of the section of PlanEasyNow that is visible to your clients will be in accordance with your house style, so that it will form one whole together with your website and other media used by you.

Thanks to the PlanEasyNow client module your clients can now easily make a reservation online for a particular time, service or date or choose to be put on the waiting list for their favoured time. They can also view their reservations simply online and online cancellation is also possible. 

PlanEasyNow automatically sends a reminder before commencement of the service. There is a link in the mail so that the client can still cancel if desired. If this does happen a participant on the waiting list will automatically be informed by mail of the free place
